Item Description
Set of three 23x29" glossy paper posters featuring Golden Age art by legendary artist Alex Schomburg (1905-1998). ©1984 Marvel Comics Group. First poster is titled "Captain America" and features Captain America w/sidekick Bucky leading American attack against Nazis. Second poster is titled "Human Torch" and features the flaming hero w/fiery sidekick Toro taking out an Imperial Japanese "Death Ray" hovering over New York City. Third poster is titled "All Winners" and features Captain America and Bucky, Human Torch and Toro and Namor the Sub-Mariner attacking and destroying a Nazi fuel depot. Posters have some lt. scattered handling wear/aging w/more moderate margin wear. Rolled. VF/Exc. overall. Great pieces to frame. From the Don Maris Collection.
