Incredible lot of ephemera all for the NBC TV show that ran from 1966-1968. Includes advance material issued to promote the show prior to it's debut through the end of the series. In total the show ran for two seasons and 57 episodes. Most items are 8.5x11". Includes press kit w/12 photos sheets not only pertaining to the show but various aspects of Tarzan over the years and two different promo books each w/12 pages one focusing on the upcoming show and one featuring various actors who have portrayed Tarzan over the years. There are also a pair of glossy promo photos featuring Ballantine book display and "Tarzan's Africa" map and two promo pieces on newsprint, one which reprints newspaper articles and the other featuring the NBC line-up for 1966 w/exceptional art of all it's shows. In addition to this there are over 100 sheets (mostly NBC issued) detailing specific episodes, themes, stars, etc. Some wear/aging but overall lot is Fine to Exc. The ultimate lot of reference material for this show.
