We've seen this piece from the early 1900s in a 2.5" wide size. This example is even larger with the width on a slight diagonal exceeding 3" and a height of 2-7/8". The brass is in a wavy format as if the flag is flying in the wind. NM luster and gorgeous deep enameling which is flawless. Blank back has some scattered pinpoint black dots on the bright brass luster but otherwise Mint as made.
