These plastic rings each have flicker picture on the top picturing two different characters or action scene images of Green Hornet, Kato, etc. These were issued with both silver plastic bases and are also known with a larger base in dark blue plastic with wider frame on the top with image. These bases are in a light blue color we've not encountered before. They are from the 1960s. Some of the underside prong tips have some white plastic tiny fragments where they came off the injection molding equipment but still Mint as made.
