Pair of books from Whitman's "Story Hour Series." Offered here is 5x6.5" Whitman #800 hardcover from 1948. This book series was used in "Walt Disney Comics & Stories" subscription promotions. 32 pages w/story art created for this book by Disney Legend Carl Barks on nearly every page in either bw or full color. Scattered corner tip/spine wear. Fine/VF w/glossy cover. Comes w/4-3/8x6-1/8" softcover published in 1953. Same format as hardcover, just slightly smaller in size. Covers have lt. edge wear. VF overall.
