Item Description
King Louie Creation Size Large tour/work shirt for Van Halen's 5150 Tour. Left breast has embroidered text reading "John Scher Presents VH 5150 Tour - Meadowland Arena - July 28-Aug 1, 1986 - Sold Out." Exc. Anzani Small size denim jacket has embroidered "John Scher Presents The Who - Giants Stadium - June 29-July 1, 1989 - Sold Out" text on left breast. Back has large 9" dia. embroidered design w/large "The Who" logo and "The Kids Are All Right Tour '89" text on nylon borders, smaller text reading "Celebrating The 25th Anniversary Of The World's Greatest Rock 'N' Roll Band" w/British flag at center. Jacket has trace of aging but is Exc. overall. Both were band and crew-issued only and as such are very limited. Nice pair for two sold-out New Jersey concert events. From the collection of John Scher, legendary concert promoter, producer and manager and comes with COA signed by him.
