Item Description
8.75" tall wooden toy w/paper labels on both sides of Donald Duck. This is Fisher Price toy #715, which was only produced in 1936 for Easter. Cart's wheels came in a variety of colors, this is orange cart w/green wheels. Long-billed Donald has pair of separate arms attached by the original rubber insert, though this shows moderate aging/wear w/.25" tear on each side, but remains intact. Toy still produces a quacking sound when pulled. Replaced pull string. Both sides of Donald have noticeable scattered age spotting, mainly to his hat. Edges of paper labels show wear, w/some small tears/scuffs. Label on Donald's right arm a bit miscut but as produced. Donald retains a glossy appearance w/strong color, wood base is exceptionally bright and clean. Fine. Classic early Fisher Price toy.
