8x10" issued by "United States Treasury War Finance Committee" w/printing date of 1944. Certificate is bw and Baltimore, MD. issue, w/Maryland War Finance Committee Chairman's facsimile signature. Additional Baltimore printer notation at lower right. Surrounding center text are 22 character portraits including Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Seven Dwarfs, Baby Weems, Joe Carioca, others. Certificate has been filled out, w/typed name in appropriate space and March 31, 1944 typed date. Sheet is evenly aged and has paper clip rust soiling at upper right. Fine/VF. Scarce version of a war years Disney classic.
