Item Description
1.25" dia. w/unusual reverse construction consisting of a collet w/fixed horizontal bar pin plus a second fixed bar. Slipped behind both of these is a 6" long red fabric ribbon although we aren't sure of the age of this. The button itself dates to 1901 as stamped on the reverse collet is the faint inscription "B. Harris N.Y. Pat. June" and just barely visible "'01" date. The photo is a close-up portrait w/incredible detail. Likely sold as a souvenir at Cody's Wild West show. Button is NM.
