14x22" thin cardboard window card features art of American soldier wading through chin-high water w/raised arms carrying rifle. Text reads "He's Up To His Neck, Too But He's Giving - Do Your Part - Peoria Community And War Fund For 48 Agencies - October 17-25." Small text at lower left reads "N.W.F.-41-3-44". Unusual format, not on paper, but issued as window card. Corners show wear w/creasing and pinholes to top corners. Even aging. Fine.
