Pair of 5.5" dia. by 2.25" deep tin litho wash tubs w/wrap-around designs. First was made by Ohio Art, 1930s. Blue band features different scenes of Mickey and Minnie Mouse doing laundry and going on a picnic. Band has slight fade and rim shows some scattered wear. Interior bottom shows moderate wear w/several paint nicks/scratches. Fine overall. Red band features different images of Mickey and Minnie as well as Donald Duck, Pluto and Horace Horsecollar. Similar in design to Ohio Art wash tub, but unmarked. Underside has "Made In Japan" stamp. 1930s. Has an unused appearance w/just tiniest traces of wear. Glossy and Exc. Rare and first we've seen of this red band version in our 47 years.
