Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 11.5" long nicely designed tin litho car. Made in Japan by Bandai, 1958-1960s. Box has applied stock number sticker on lid and shows scattered wear w/obvious aging to lid, but all corners are free of splits and box is tight. Fine. White exterior color w/nicely detailed red/pink/white tin litho interior w/separate plastic steering wheel. Plastic hood ornament intact. Front wheels have three notched settings so car can go forward/left/right when friction is activated. Tin litho headlights and painted tail lights. Grille has "Continental" raised name and front fenders have "Continental III" metal attachments. NM w/working friction. A classic Bandai of one of America's most iconic cars.
