Set of ten postcards, each 3.5x5.5". ©1903 Burr McIntosh. Each is numbered w/caption at bottom. Cards have Buster and Tige in runaway car going through town, scaring horse, racing black children in car named "De Green Spook," being stopped by donkey, using sail w/Tige at ship's wheel, bursting through beer wagon, Lil Mose picking up The Yellow Kid, speeding past constable and ending up wrecking. Each features R.F. Outcault signed art. Yellow Kid appears on five cards. Card set comes w/three additional Tuck Valentine's Day cards of the same vintage, each featuring Outcault art. Two feature Buster Brown and Tige while third features Lil Mose's friends the monkey and dog. Of the 10 cards in the set, eight have been used, most w/ink, a few w/pencil. Six have text written on fronts while other two feature text on backs only. All three Valentines have inked name/text on backs. Scattered aging/handling wear. Fine/VF overall.
