Original illustrated box contains late 1930s Hubley set that consists of 3" long painted die-cast truck and three 3.5" long painted die-cast cars, each w/original solid white rubber tires. Box shows moderate wear and is missing one end flap and two inner flaps. Other end has been taped shut. Good/VG. Set is from the period when cast-iron toys were being phased out in favor of die-cast metal. Cars come w/10.5" long painted tin trailer that attaches to truck. Trailer also has solid white rubber tires. Cars and truck have some scattered paint wear w/some small flakes off. Tires have aged w/some crazing but all remain intact. Fine/VF overall. Trailer is VF.
