The same company also made a riding toy w/a similar generic design and both are equally rare. Overall scattered paint crazing w/some scattered loss at edges and more moderate wear at spot where rocker portion is connected to Tony. Wooden seat has nearly complete Mengel elephant decal. Bottom rungs have scattered paint wear from use. Still structurally sound and VG/Fine overall w/great design and nice for display. Our last example (in lesser condition) sold for $418.
