Item Description
4x7x12" molded composition case shaped like log cabin. c. 1955. 4x5" window has interior light w/on/off switch and molded composition figure of Davy Crockett w/rifle on horseback rocking back and forth in front of bridge railing as well as bear standing on hind legs. Bottom of window shows images and reads "Creek Indian War - Congress - The Alamo" referencing Davy Crockett's life story. 3" dia. domed clock face w/gold luster desert scene of rising sun. Glass face is loose and there is some wear to clock face at 9 and 10 o'clock areas. VG/Fine. Back of clock has original panel reading "Davy Crockett Electric Clock Model #20" and paragraph about "The Tennessee Frontiersman." Haddon Products Inc. maker's name on bottom. Back reads "Another Haddon Action Original." Crockett scene lights and moves, clock runs. Inside paper bkg. mountain scene behind three-dimensional figures and bridge is complete, though heavily aged w/age spotting. Overall clock displays Fine/VF. Rare. See following item #2182.
