From same series as previous item #2456. Box lid features great image of Lon Chaney Jr. as The Wolf Man. Lid has moderate wear w/scattered edge/corner tip wear and two lid corner splits and 1" and 2.75" edge splits at affected corners. Lid is Good/VG. Set is complete w/all box inserts, paintbrush and canvas panel, but is missing all 14 paints. Paint insert shows moderate aging/wear and is VG. Canvas panel has been painted but has moderate scattered areas .25" to .5" in size of surface paper lifts or pieces adhered. VG. Rare.
