4.5" tall figural soap made by "Monarch Soap Co. Lancaster PA" as marked on back. String tag attached reads "My Papa Will Vote For McKinley/Gold Standard, Protection, Reciprocity, And Good Times." Comes with old, but not original box with notation in ink on top reading "McKinley Soap Baby." Nose flat. One foot missing toes. Rest of soap is Exc. Tag stain. Overall VF.
