Item Description
8.5" long, mostly wood w/paper labels. Toy train's cardboard engine carries designation "Choo-Choo No. 465." Introduced in 1938 and produced for just two years. Earliest of three different Choo-Choo toys. Mickey Mouse driver figure wears engineer's outfit and is depicted at the controls of the train. Includes original pull string. When toy is pulled along, the metal bell that attaches to the top of the engine housing is rung. Scattered aging/edge wear w/some rippling to surface paper labels. Scattered lt. traces of wear to the wood base, mostly where the wheels rub against the sides. Bell has scattered surface oxidation. Paper labels remain clean. Fine overall.
