2.75x9". Hughes campaigned by train in August of 1916. While this is unlisted, Sullivan and Fischer show ribbon from two days prior in Helena, Montana and another reading "Hughes Tour." Rare issue for a local single day event. Has 4 narrow crease lines and two pinholes at top from a button once attached. Totally clean. Rare.
