Item Description
First is one of the iconic "Heinz" green pickle charms that were given away by the millions at World Fair's beginning in 1893. This one probably dates from 1933. It is joined to a beautifully designed 10" long double strand chain with links in both brass luster and dark silvery luster and with a brass spring loop on one end. Second is 1-11/16" silvered brass watch fob with their "57" logo on the front and back text picturing their "Heinz" pickle plus "This Charm Entitles The Wearer To 57 Varieties Of Good Luck And Happiness." Made by Bastian and c.1920. VF. Third depicts steer within crescent moon with company name on the front and reverse text "Pittsburg Sept. 27 to Oct. 8 1908/Sesqui-Centennial." Months and dates are worn but readable. Rest of the piece is quite clean.
