Item Description
Children are the theme on both of these items. First item is 7.75" wide with two blue and two pink cardboard blotter sheets which have small creases and ink marks. A pair of brass wire prongs hold a 2.75" lightly stained but still beautiful celluloid depicting six white and one black babies within a large nest atop a chimney with a stork standing upon one leg and whispering into his ear is a winged cherub also accented by a small flaming torch. Overall VG. Second is 3.75" long celluloid card showing five children, some from the front and some from the back with text "The Simple Life/Keystone Rompers And Brownie High Back Overall And Coats." Reverse has product text and monthly calendars between July 1908 and June 1909. Bottom has tiny W&H patent date of 1908. Card is NM.
