Item Description
Celluloid with cartoon style illustration is 1.5" with a rivet style fastener joining it to a pair of 2.25" unused felt pen wipers. Pictured at his desk is "D.W. Clark, Secretary" of the "North Dakota Mutual Fire Insurance Co." Six barely seen tiny toned dots on extreme perimeter. Rare and NM.
