Item Description
1.25" button with artwork similar to one of the two in the previous lot. Reverse of this has W&H patent information in English at the bottom of the back paper but the top six text lines on the paper are in Russian. This reads: "Deering Harvester/Binder/Reaper, Mower, Hay Rakes Highest Award Paris 1900." The Russian text on the front of the button reads in English as "Highest Award/Paris 1900." Beneath this is the word "Deering." Text along the bottom edge reads "Chicago, America." The only example we can recall seeing over 5 decades. NM and displays Mint.
