Item Description
Each is 1.25". First with Bastian paper c.1915 promotes "King Lightning Rods." Shows a pair of horses with stormy sky emitting three faint bolts of lightning. Text on lower edge "Protects Home And Barn." NM and displays Mint. Second with metal covered back names maker St. Louis Button Co. and this style back was used 1899-1907. Front promotes "Shinn's Copper Cable Lightning Rods/Lincoln, Neb." NM displaying Mint. These were photo plate examples for the book and come with Hake's COA.
