Spring pin holds small piece of tin with loop joining to cord which goes through a 2.5" cardboard simulating a firecracker with cord coming out lower end to simulate the fuse. Beautiful design of Uncle Sam rising above an exploding firecracker. First we can recall seeing. NM and displays Mint.
