Auction #213 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 1062 in auction 213
Item Description
Ovals are 2-3/8" and the circular ones are mostly 2.5". These all date from the 1930s era. The highly embossed brass football suspensions all have NM to Mint luster and three of these have an exceptionally highly embossed image of a player running with football tucked under his arm as he extends his other arm to ward off a tackler. Those with visible age stain on the front include row one the last item and row three the third and fourth item. Row four, fourth item has tiny craze mark. Two items in row two are missing the suspension. One button carries 1934 date. Most of these represent high schools but one also includes "Beat Villa/Nova" which could represent the college. As collected and from the Paul Muchinsky Collection.
