Item Description
Each is 1.5". We acquired this group c.1980 and they were made in England but have no maker name. Each Indian is named along the bottom edge in small type. In the top row in order are: Cochise, Crazy Horse, Geronimo, Red Cloud, Sitting Bull. Row two is: Black Elk, Chief Ouray, Dull Knife, Fish Shows, Hollow Horn Bear. Row three is: Joseph, Little Big Man, Lone Wolf, Narbona Primero, Short Bull. In row four are: Silver Knife, Standing Bear, Victorio, Washaki, White Horse, Woman, Young-Man-Afraid-Of-His-Horses. Each Indian name is followed by the tribe name. Some buttons have open backs and spring pins while others have covered tin backs and a fixed horizontal bar pin. Couple of very faint dots on those in row four, #1 and #4 but barely showing. Vast majority are Mint as issued. A rare group.
