Item Description
First in silver luster is 2-1/8" tall. Vast majority remains and with intact black lettering. Exc. Next is even larger die-cut and highly embossed brass badge 2-3/8" tall issued for the rank of "Captain." Only the ranks of Inspector General (see next lot) and Patrol Leader were higher in this popular 1938 Quaker cereals sponsored radio club. This piece is missing a few virtual hairlines of brass luster that will catch reflected light around the area of his portrait but under normal viewing they do not show and vast amount of luster remains intact. From the Robert M. Overstreet Collection. Comes with COA.
