Original Aurora cardboard shipping box contains 13.75" tall by 17" wide by 10" deep display that consists of die-cut cardboard bkg. designed like dungeon walls and has "Monster Scene" created w/assembled models components from Aurora's "Monster Scenes" series. ©1971. As listed on front of display base, scene is composed using components from some of the listed model kits - "Dr. Deadly (#631), The Victim (#632), Frankenstein, Gruesome Goodies (#634), Pain Parlor (#635) and Pendulum, Hanging Cage" (#637). Display has professional paint job and was issued directly by Aurora to stores for promotional purposes. Display has some aging to glue used to assemble models but is o/w Exc. Box has large "Aurora" name on sides along w/"Monster Scene 1 #883 Display" text. Scattered shelf wear, VF. These store display models are rare.
