Four items from club sponsored by Street & Smith, publisher of "Pete Rice Magazine" Western pulp published between 1933 and 1936. All date to 1934. 3-1/8x5.25" mailing envelope has "Pete Rice Club - Deputy" badge logo return address w/typed recipient address. Back of envelope has "Member Nick Carter Club" inkstamp. VF/Exc. 3x5" membership card at one point had included 7/8" dia. metal badge attached. Unused but w/wear from attachment of badge. Fine/VF. Comes w/folded 7x10" promotional front cover of Oct. 1934 issue of "Pete Rice Magazine" w/art by Baumhofer and special overprint reading "Ask Your News Dealer For This Magazine." Cover shows lt. wear along fold lines. Fine. Badge has some age toning. VF/Exc. Rare as a complete set.
