Original illustrated cardboard box contains 2.5x4.75x6" tin musical toy that looks like a sandwich w/all the fixings. There is a hole at each end that when blown through, acts like a kazoo, w/hole on top of sandwich holding kazoo mechanism. Midwest Corporation, ©1947 King Features Synd. Inc. Silvered tin kazoo attachments show minor luster loss but toy is NM overall. Comes w/original instruction card, which has pair of diagonal creases and small tear. Fine. Box features several comic panels dealing w/Dagwood building and passing out from eating massive sandwich, much to his family's surprise. Box is evenly aged but remains clean w/inked number at upper left of back panel. VF.
