Item Description
10x11" plaque made of Tanzite, a thick thermo plastic. Part of the "We Americans Goofy Pichurs" line, ©1947 Timely Products Manufacturing Company. Original 4.75x5.5" label on back explains how these wall plaques capture every day life aspects and construction of plaques. Label has heavy aging at top and obvious wear. Plaque depicts college kids dancing as jukebox blares in bkg. Girl has broken the third dimension of the picture, having left picture area and crossed over frame. Paint rubs to girl's hand, shirt cuff and shoulder as well as right side of frame and edges of jukebox. Still a VF appearance. Rare.
