Item Description
5.75x8.25" oval glazed ceramic bowl. Made in England, early 1930s. Exceptional scene is captioned "Here's Something To Tickle You" and depicts Mickey Mouse holding a pointed dagger and jabbing a heavy-set pig in farm overalls and hat, making him leap into the air. Lower edge of scene includes "Walter E. Disney" name. Unmarked but by Paragon, part of their "Mickey Mouse Series." Decorated rim has scattered small wear but plate displays VF/Exc. All Paragon china is highly sought after and we've only been able to offer this design a few times.
