Original small mailing envelope w/RKO Radio Pictures, Inc. return address contains 2.25x3" promotional flip book w/textured paper cover and actual film scenes from 1940 romantic comedy "The Villain Still Pursued Her" starring Hugh Herbert, Anita Louise, Alan Mowbray, Buster Keaton and others.
