3.5x5.25" book w/stiff paper covers and 52 pages. Published by Whitman, ©1933 Chester Gould. Book is a premium but w/o imprint on red back cover. This book is a scarce variety of the second Dick Tracy BLB, #710 (see previous item #1960). Covers have some handling wear w/scattered creasing, corner bumps and some edge wear. Fine/VF. Inside front cover has inked inscription which has bled onto title page. Title page is Fine. Other pages have some lt. age toning but are o/w VF/NM. Scarce. From the Rogers M.
