Lot of three 3x5x.5" thick cardboard slipcases, each containing two 4.75x5" illustrated, full color books. Total of six of the eight books in the "W701" series published by Whitman, ©1929. Titles include - "A Frightened Baby, Cubby Finds An Open Door, Farmer Brown's Boy Becomes Curious, What Farmer Brown's Boy Did, Cubby In Mother Brown's Pantry" and "A Woe-Begone Little Bear." Slipcases show scattered wear w/color rubs and corner tip wear. Fine overall. Books have some cover wear/aging as boxed but remain VF overall w/NM contents. Scarce series. From the Rogers M.
