Item Description
Lot of eight items related to the production of a line of 1973 greeting cards by The Late Show that featured various movie stars from the Golden Age of Hollywood. Included are single production positive and three production negatives of Harpo Marx, an 8x10" glossy photo of Harpo playing the harp for a gorilla (photo mounted to artboard w/paper overlay), another glossy 8x10" photo (mounted to artboard) of Harpo from "At The Circus" w/birthday card text and copyright info at bottom, 8x10" glossy photo of Marilyn Monroe at an awards ceremony has paper overlay that crops image to just her, which has had bkg. painted out and some paint edits made. Photo has pair of 1" long "V" shaped tears to surface emulsion and tape is aged. VG. Harpo items have aging and scattered handling wear. Fine-VF. Last item is 6x7.5" glossy production card featuring Humphrey Bogart w/"Hi Tiger" interior text. Evenly aged, card has scattered inking inside w/tape over text and 1.5" surface paper lift from tape removal. VG/Fine.
