Item Description
6.75" long painted cast iron bus w/white rubber tires and nickel-plated grille produced as a collaboration between Arcade and Greyhound Lines w/toys made that matched the actual vehicles used at the 1939 New York World Fair. Left front features "An Arcade Toy" decal, which is nearly 100% complete, rear side "Greyhound" decals also feature Greyhound logo w/Trylon and Perisphere. These show standard aging and just trace of wear. Roof has "Greyhound Lines - New York World's Fair" text and shows scattered lt. wear. Three original white rubber tires have hardened and become misshapen w/age, fourth tire replaced w/coiled rubber-coated wire. Underside has original "25¢" foil price sticker, about 75% remains. Apart from tire issues, about as nice as these come.
