18x24x3.75" deep illustrated cardboard box w/photo label contains complete set by Remco, ©1966 NPP Inc. Set consists of "Gotham City" map/board in which cardboard buildings were positioned. Board was then raised on four plastic "legs," this raised platform was then manipulated using magnetic "wands" to move plastic bases housing magnets that hold cardboard figures including Batman, Robin, Catwoman, The Penguin, The Joker, Catwoman and The Shark as well as red car, Batmobile, police car and Batplane. Cardboard pieces remain unpunched and label sheets are unused. Plastic pieces remain sealed in original plastic bags. Exc. to NM overall. Buildings also remain complete and unused/unpunched. Original instruction sheet comes along and shows wear. Box shows moderate wear/aging, w/creasing to side panels, but paper label remains bright and clean w/color rubs along right edge. Fine. This playset is very difficult to find complete and is a difficult piece to come by. A nice large and graphic Batman item for any Batman collector. Old store stock.
