Item Description
Original illustrated cardboard box contains 13.5" long tin litho truck w/wire frames w/original canvas canopy. 1950s. Truck is decorated w/Army stars and hood is marked "U.S.A. 41573147." Vinyl free-wheeling tires. Swiveling hitch at back. Roof of truck cab and hood have some scattered aging and canvas has a few small spots of staining. Fine/VF. Comes w/8" long tin litho "Mobile Field Cannon" w/tin litho balloon tires. Cannon features spring-loaded wire loop that is designed to be pulled back and released, shooting included wooden shells. Scattered lt. wear w/some oxidation to wire firing handle. VF. This comes w/illustrated cardboard "Ammunition" box containing 15 painted wooden shells, each 1-1/8" long. Box is aged and VF while shells are NM. Box shows obvious wear w/two missing end flaps and scattered creasing to edges/sides and 1.25" puncture to one side panel. Other side has large but faint moisture stain. VG.
