4.5x9.5" tall. Above jugate portraits is an eagle with ribbon in beak reading "Harrison Morton". Image of the White House and crossed American flags at bottom. Entire ribbon is skirted with fringe. Minor 1.5" horizontal split in left flag at bottom. Also separation of fringe from bottom of ribbon not affecting display. An impressive large ribbon. VF.
