Case is marked "Mohertus Trading Co." but dial is marked Rouan. ©1969 Walter Lantz Productions Inc. Case is Exc. Insert holds 1.25x1.5" chrome watch case w/revolving second hand disc featuring full body Woody Woodpecker image, Woody w/hat in hand and carrying suitcase w/his name.
