Item Description
Pair of watches by Rouan, c. early 1970s. Although Rouan also produced Archie and Woody Woodpecker watches, they did not have a Disney license, resulting in these watches featuring generic character images. First is 1.25x1.5" chrome watch case w/revolving second hand disc featuring full body image of Peter Pan. Original vinyl bands. Second is in 3.5x4x2" tall plastic hinged lid case w/plastic band that holds watch in place and die-cut illustrated cardboard insert w/images of Tinkerbell. Insert has some creasing. Case (w/original store price sticker on back) is marked "Mohertus Trading Co." but watch dial is marked Rouan. Case is VF/Exc. Insert holds 1.25x1.5" chrome watch case w/revolving second hand disc featuring Tinkerbell image. Both are running and Mint, old store stock. Scarce.
