12" dia. Features lady liberty standing between portraits of Bryan and Stevenson. Bottom reads "Copyright 1900 Chas. W. Shonk Co. Litho. Chicago". Reverse has sticker reading "Compliments of Henry G. Mueller". Minor fading and very fine crazing throughout. Some minor paint loss at extreme edges but no major paint loss to image. VF. Julie Powell Collection.
