Item Description
6" tall carving introduced in 1988 and issued at a price of $350. From an edition of just 500 w/"273/500" edition number on underside w/Disney copyright, "Italy" sticker and small Anri metal plaque. Superbly detailed figure of Donald Duck as Alpine mountain climber, holding walking stick while bedroll, canteen, rope and backpack are slung over his back. Mint as issued, complete w/original generic box and certificate, both w/matching edition numbers. Also comes w/Anri folder picturing 11 different Disney carvings. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch.
