Text reads "Compliments Of Blue Coal, America's Finest Anthracite - The Shadow." 1930s. Photo has some lt. handling wear but still retains a bright and glossy appearance. Exc. Classic premium. Comes w/famous "The Shadow - Blue Coal" glow-in-the-dark premium ring from 1941 that has simulated dark blue plastic coal lump on top while the bands each depict The Shadow in costume holding a gun. Inscription is around top rim edges and is somewhat difficult to read on all examples as the molded letters don't stand out much. The ring glows intensely after exposure to light. Receiving this ring made you "A Member of 'The Shadow' Stop Crime Club" according to the paperwork which came w/it. Totally clean and glows brightly. Superb NM example.
