Item Description
Large and impressive 33" long hollow plastic child's riding toy designed like carved log w/pointed ends and carved stones wheels. Irwin Corporation, ©1962 HBP (Hanna Barbera Productions). As seen in previous item #1536, this toy was one of the child's riding toys produced by Irwin and is wonderfully detailed. Working steering wheel has high relief "Flintstone" name and portrait images of Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble. Top front of car (under steering wheel) has high relief image of Fred Flintstone w/club in hands and "Irwin" name at front. Wheels have repeated high relief "Flintstone" name and portrait images of Fred and Barney seen on steering wheel. Scattered lt. dust soiling/aging and trace of wear to wheels, but still VF overall. Very rare and first we've offered in our 48 years of this highly sought after Flintstones item.
