Large and graphic. Depicts Miss Columbia bearing a flag, riding a bicycle with colorful bicycle wheels that look like pinwheels. Reads "Grand Athletic Race Meet And Bicycle Carnival Des Moines Iowa July 4th 1899." Slightly off-center 1/32" to the bottom and to the right. Light all-over surface wear only shows with magnification. Displays glossy and Mint.
