5-7/8x8.25" illustrated card has 3x4" blow mold plastic walkie-talkie-like toy hand receiver and art depicting Batman using similar item. Manufactured for the South American market only by Khanis Ltda. Card bears National Periodical Publication Inc. copyright, dating this item to 1966. Toy has relief design featuring "Batman" comic book logo design at top (w/o "Batman" name) and hole w/area around painted silver. This shows some lt. paint wear and is still VF overall. Card has slight warp and even lt. aging w/some corner tip wear. Fine/VF. Rare and first we've seen in our 48 years.
